Operator comfort: the cabin of the TB 235 is significantly more spacious than earlier models and features an isolation mounted platform to minimise noise and vibration. The spacious and comfortable compartment has a clear, panoramic view for the operator. Two rear view mirrors add to safety and convenience.
Easy operation: The excavator has proportional auxiliary hydraulic control, a push-button Decel system, a 2 speed travel switch and 2 speed travel.
Safety: A major consideration for safety is the ROPS/FOPS cabin, a cast-iron wraparound counterweight that protects the engine compartment from damage when working in confined areas; front and rear mounted lights for better low visibility safety; wet disc brakes for travel and slew motors and audible and visual warnings of abnormal decreases in engine lubrication pressure or overheating.
Serviceability: Battery water separator and main fuses are easily replaced and there is a convenient grease gun storage compartment. A side-by-side radiator and hydraulic oil cooler with a tilt up cover makes inspection a breeze and there are bulkhead style hydraulic fittings for the boom and dozer blade for quick and easy hose changes. Access is via a tilt -forward operator platform for reducing maintenance and repair time.
